Handover to Run Specialist

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Handover to Run Specialist to support our client in the controlled transfer of changes, releases, and new or modified services to the operational run organization. This consultancy mission emphasizes operational readiness, completeness of run deliverables, alignment between project/change and run, and ensuring a managed production rollout once a change is implemented.

The role contributes to ensuring that changes are integrated into the run in a controlled and sustainable manner.

Responsibilities:

• Structure and guide handovers of changes, releases, and other change initiatives to the run organization.
• Ensure that all necessary run deliverables are available, complete, and usable.
• Coordinate with project managers, service delivery managers, service owners, and other stakeholders regarding readiness and transfer.
• Support go/no-go decisions from a run perspective.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps in the handover process.
• Help ensure that new or modified services are brought into operation in a controlled manner.
• Contribute to a uniform approach for handover to run within the hybrid Service Integrator.
• Ensure clear documentation, transfer agreements, and operational anchoring.

Technical Knowledge Requirements:

• Contract management and service agreements (Expert) (10+ years): How have you previously translated service management agreements into clear contractual or supplier agreements?
• Stakeholder and supplier management (Confirmed) (5+ years): What elements do you believe are crucial for establishing supplier governance within a SIAM context?
• Service management clauses and standards (Confirmed) (5+ years): How do you ensure that contractual agreements are also effectively workable in operational reality?
