Our Monday through Friday schedule with flexible start times between 6:30 AM and 9:30 AM allows you to enjoy predictable hours while building lasting relationships with patients as they recover from complex medical conditions.

What You'll Do

As an Occupational Therapist, you will:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans that promote functional independence and recovery.

• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions for medically complex patients.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, speech therapists, case managers, and other interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.

• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and discharge planning.

• Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Contribute to the ongoing development and growth of rehabilitation services throughout the PAM Health system.

• Demonstrate flexibility in supporting patient care across multiple settings within the health system, as needed.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Required

• Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of practice.

• Current BLS certification.

Preferred

• One (1) year of clinical experience in an inpatient, acute care, rehabilitation, or hospital setting.
• New graduates with a strong desire to learn and grow in an inpatient environment are encouraged to apply.
