Core Strengths
Lead the end‑to‑end Product Engineering solutions for Flow 5 activity, Processing Product Validation and Test Matrix according to the OEM Specifications for Low Voltage (LV) and High Voltage (HV) Connectors, Electrical centers, Seals, HSCA and Terminals.
Perform hands‑on MCAD design using Siemens NX, including development of complex 3D parts, large assemblies, detailed 2D drawings, specifications, and BOMs for electro‑mechanical systems.
Interpret engineering drawings and specifications, effectively communicating design intent to manufacturing and quality teams.
Apply GD&T, tolerance stack‑up analysis, and packaging constraints to ensure dimensional accuracy and seamless integration of electrical and mechanical interfaces
Support Production Validation (PV) and IR Evaluation using CT Scan by analyzing test results and implementing corrective and preventive design actions.
Demonstrate hands-on expertise in Engineering Change Requests (ECR), Engineering Change Notices (ECN), field failure investigations, and root cause analysis to drive timely and effective product improvements.
Lead sustaining engineering initiatives by driving continuous improvement, cost optimization, design enhancements, and issue resolution throughout the product lifecycle to ensure quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction

Accountability & Ownership on projects
Responsible for the Product Engineering and Validation of automotive LV and HV connectors, EC, Seals, HSCA and Terminals, delivering Test Reports to the Customers according to the OEM Specifications
The role includes hands‑on CAD development using Siemens NX, application of GD&T, Tolerance stack-up analysis, IR Evaluation using CT Scan, PVTP Preparation, Sample ordering, TR Creation, Test Report release and PPAP support
The engineer ensures compliance with automotive safety, Tooling feasibility and manufacturability requirements while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams and suppliers to support
validation, production launch and field issue resolution.Effectively coordinate and communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal cross-functional teams to drive project activities, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely completion of deliverables in line with project milestones
