About Role
Senior Procurement Manager, Corporate Services EMEA, part of the Global Indirect Procurement organization, will be responsible for category management and sourcing activities across the Corporate Services category within the EMEA region. Reporting to the Corporate Services EMEA Lead, you will adapt and implement global category strategies, ensuring they meet Operating Unit (OU) requirements while leveraging global opportunities and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution
- Manage spend of approximately £68m across Corporate Services categories, including consulting, HR services, financial services, legal services, fleet, and related spend pools within EMEA OUs.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies in partnership with the category team, aligning global objectives with regional business needs.
- Ensure OU requirements are reflected in category strategies.
- Act as the subject matter expert for Corporate Services categories within the respective OU.
- Drive consistent implementation of category strategies across the region.
Value Delivery
- Deliver financial and operational benefits through effective strategy execution, balancing cost, quality, service, innovation, and supply assurance.
- Manage financial benefits in line with Procurement Plan and Savings Methodology principles, ensuring alignment with Finance and business stakeholders.
Stakeholder & Supplier Management
- Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders to support strategy development, endorsement, execution, and benefit realization.
- Develop strategic relationships with suppliers to maximize value and performance.
- Ensure global and regional considerations are incorporated into supplier management approaches.
- Lead contract planning, negotiation, execution, interpretation, and maintenance with key suppliers.
- Drive operational excellence initiatives and continuous improvement against agreed KPIs.
Supply Chain & Risk Management
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce complexity, optimize costs, and improve procurement effectiveness.
- Ensure supplier risks are identified, assessed, and managed effectively.
Basic Skills (Essential):
- 7+ years of operational procurement experience across multiple categories.
- Knowledge of procurement tools and processes, including sourcing, quotation analysis, contract negotiation, supplier review, and supplier development.
- Experience in category management, including category strategy development and implementation, stakeholder management, and supplier relationship management.
- Understanding of external market dynamics and supplier relationship models.
- Knowledge of finance, including cost benchmarking and financial audits with key suppliers, as well as legal and contracting principles.
- Understanding of business value, business priorities, and potential implementation risks.
- Experience working in a matrixed regional and/or global business environment.
- Ability to build productive and collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders and business partners.
- Ability to work in partnership with others to drive, implement, and support change.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks across different projects using project management skills.
- Analytical thinking, effective written and verbal communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results within agreed timelines in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with risk management.
- Motivation for professional development and willingness to coach, mentor, train, and support the development of others.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience managing Corporate Services categories such as consulting, HR services, financial services, legal services, or fleet.
- Experience working in a multinational FMCG, consumer healthcare, or similarly complex global organization.

PLN 197 078,00 - PLN 270 982,80 The salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide. The final offer may vary depending on factors including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations. Salary ranges may vary by location in line with local market conditions and applicable pay transparency regulations. Compensation information is shared for the primary location of this role.
