The Role:
Support adults living in our CPA group home to lead rich, independent and empowered lives. This posting is specifically for our home in Wyong.
Your day-to-day may include:
- Providing respectful support with personal care, mealtimes, medication, and daily routines
- Encouraging skill-building, independence, and decision-making
- Supporting community engagement, social connection and transport (including use of CPA vans & in your own vehicle)
- Following person-centred plans with empathy and professionalism
- Building positive relationships with our clients
What You'll Bring:
We are looking for candidates who embody CPA values, are client-focused in their approach to care, and are passionate about the opportunity to make an impact in the lives of people with disabilities. You'll bring:
- A can-do attitude and growth mindset — you’re open to learning and ready to make a difference
- Professional Behaviour Support experience or lived experience preferred, however your passion & enthusiasm is key!
- NSW Driver’s Licence (P2 or above)
- Physical capability to support clients with mobility or transfers
- Availability across a variety of shift times, including:
- Early mornings (6am - 9am)
- Day shifts (9am - 3/4pm)
- Afternoons & evenings
- Awake overnights (10pm-6am)

You will have comprehensive training throughout your orientation, with ongoing learning and development. We invest $5,000 in training in your first year

- Buddy shifts with CPA's experienced Disability Support Workers
- CPA is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 90213).
We offer fully funded nationally recognised qualifications including:
- CHC33021 – Certificate III in Individual Support
- Ongoing specialist training and skill development
