WHAT'S THE SCOPE?

Pay: We offer our Facility Carpenter a competitive wage of $25-$28 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule: This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM, with at least two half-day Saturdays per month. Additional hours may be required based on project needs, and overtime is paid for hours worked over 40 in a workweek.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As our Facility Carpenter, you'll spend your days helping maintain and improve our company facilities while occasionally supporting projects at customer job sites. From building and repairing walls, doors, shelving, cabinets, and fixtures to completing drywall, flooring, painting, and finishing work, you'll play a key role in keeping our properties functional, safe, and professional. You'll inspect work areas, identify needed repairs, accurately measure and install materials, maintain tools and equipment, coordinate material pickups when necessary, and ensure all work is completed according to company procedures and safety standards.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Prior professional carpentry, construction, or facility maintenance experience
• Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, measurements, and installation methods
• Ability to read measurements and complete projects accurately
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to work the assigned schedule
• Ability to travel to job sites as needed
• Ability to lift and carry materials, climb ladders, bend, kneel, and remain physically active throughout the workday
