A leading digital streaming network seeks a Domestic Compensation Senior Finance Manager to manage headcount and compensation planning for its domestic cable network operations, serving as a finance domain expert on compensation expense, reporting, analysis, and metrics.

Domestic Compensation Senior Finance Manager Responsibilities:

• Provide financial oversight of headcount and compensation for domestic operations with over 1,000+ staff employees, including review of monthly commission payouts.
• Leverage various financial systems to forecast and report compensation expenses and headcount related to monthly/quarterly closes, periodic forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Provide the leadership team with information and insights to better plan and manage the labor workforce.
• Partner with HR to align headcount reporting and related expenses to organizational changes, and maintain strong working relationships with HR, Finance track leads, and operating groups.
• Represent the finance team on initiatives that impact headcount and compensation planning, reporting, and analytics.

Domestic Compensation Senior Finance Manager Qualifications:

• 6-8+ years of financial planning & analysis, reporting, and accounting-related experience, preferably in the media industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong working knowledge of general accounting principles, concepts, and processes (US GAAP/IFRS).
• Experience in Oracle Fusion, Longview, and SAP is preferred.
• Experience in the Media and Entertainment industry is preferred.

Shift:

• 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
