Floor Technician

At Verde Clean, our Floor Technicians help keep facilities clean, safe, and looking their best. In this role, you'll perform specialized floor care services for surfaces such as carpet, tile, wood, vinyl, terrazzo, and polished concrete while supporting our commitment to eco-friendly cleaning practices.

What You'll Do

• Clean, maintain, strip, wax, polish, and restore floors.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, scrub, and operate floor care equipment.
• Prepare work areas and move furniture as needed.
• Remove stains and debris using appropriate cleaning methods.
• Safely operate and maintain floor care equipment.
• Follow eco-friendly cleaning practices and safety procedures.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure work meets Verde standards.
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
• Maintain records of completed work and materials used.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of Floor Technician experience.
• Knowledge of floor care equipment, materials, and cleaning techniques.
• Familiarity with safe chemical handling practices.
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and team-focused mindset.

Physical Requirements

• Regular walking, standing, bending, and use of hands.

Job Details

Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
