Training Coordinator- Days M-F 7a-3:15pm (Swing Shifts may occur for training purposes)

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Has a fundamental responsibility to ensure product safety and quality as it applies to all the duties listed below

• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment/Always puts safety first
• Develop and maintain structured training
• Oversee training of current and new employees in various roles
• Evaluate current training programs for improvements
• Track training effectiveness
• Conduct annual continuous improvement training
• Generate and track all training material as needed
• Work with supervisors to develop programs for their shift’s specific needs
• Identify and coordinate 3rd party training
• Audit training records for compliance

EDUCATION:

Required: High School diploma or GED equivalent 

Skills:

• Must have at least 5 years’ molding operator experience
• Able to use Microsoft work and Excel to develop training programs
• Good communication skills
• High level of knowledge of the plastic Manufacturing Process
• Back up lead or lead experience preferred
• Must be able to work flexible shifts/days

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (if applicable):. This position requires the cognitive and mental ability to multitask in a fast paced environment with attention to detail. Ability to pass written testing requirements in numeric, visual, verbal comp, space visualization, and work orientation
