The role:

Truecaller is looking for a Senior Lead – Programmatic Ads to help lead and scale one of the world's largest mobile programmatic advertising businesses. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing strategic demand partnerships, and leading monetization initiatives across global markets.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned adtech professional who has operated at significant scale, understands the publisher monetization ecosystem deeply, and can independently own business-critical outcomes.

What you’ll do:

Own Global Programmatic Revenue

• Drive revenue growth across Open Auction, PMP, Programmatic Guaranteed, and otherprogrammatic channels
• Monitor and optimize fill rate, render rate, eCPM, ARPDAU, and overall yield.
• Build forecasting models, business reviews, and performance reporting for leadershipstakeholders.
• Identify growth opportunities across existing and emerging markets.

Manage Strategic Demand Partnerships

• Own relationships with major DSPs, SSPs, exchanges, and ad networks globally.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and drive partner performance.
• Expand and strengthen Truecaller's global demand ecosystem.
• Lead partner reviews and develops data-driven growth plans.

Drive Yield Optimization

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on auction dynamics, mediation, pricing, and ad delivery.
• Lead initiatives related to inventory optimization, ad quality, IVT mitigation,confirmed-click management, and policy compliance.
• Use experimentation and analytics to improve monetization performance at scale.
  

Lead Cross-Functional Execution

• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Ad Operations, Legal, and Commercial teams.
• Translate business requirements into scalable monetization solutions.
• Influence the roadmap for ad-serving infrastructure, bidding, and auction innovations.
  

Provide Leadership

• Act as a senior leader within the Programmatic organization.
• Mentor and guide team members while establishing strong operational processes.
• Drive complex initiatives from strategy through implementation and measurement

What you bring in: 

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in AdTech, programmatic advertising, or digital monetization.
• Strong preference for candidates from the publisher or app monetization side.
• candidates with experience at large publishers, ad exchanges, SSPs, or monetization platforms will be highly preferred.
• Proven experience managing or contributing to a large-scale global programmatic business.
• Demonstrated success in scaling revenue through strategic partnerships, yield optimization, and operational excellence.

Domain Expertise

• Deep understanding of RTB, Open Auction, PMP, Programmatic Guaranteed, in-app bidding, mediation, and auction mechanics.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM) and Google AdX.
• Experience working with multiple DSPs, SSPs, exchanges, and ad networks.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and make data-driven business decisions.
• Knowledge of ad quality, IVT, fraud prevention, and policy compliance is a plus.
  

Leadership

• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Ad Operations teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Track record of independently owning business-critical outcomes and influencing senior leadership
