- Keep clients and other stakeholders updated by telephone and email
- Accurately record all conversations, actions and case progression on the company’s systems
- Maintain comprehensive and organised case records
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and in line with GDPR and relevant regulatory requirements
- Work closely with other departments and the legal team to ensure claims are progressed efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- A Levels or equivalent Level 3 qualification as a minimum
- Previous working experience in a legal, claims handling, debt recovery, dispute resolution or similar environment is preferred

Candidates with experience in high-volume customer service, complaints handling, financial services, debt collection or insurance claims may also have transferable skills, particularly where they are confident dealing with customers over the telephone and managing a large caseload.
We would also be open to speaking with an exceptional Law graduate who can demonstrate strong communication skills, excellent organisation, attention to detail and a genuine interest in developing a career within claims and litigation.
