Description
The Process Engineer Sr Lead Analyst is a Senior Vice President within the Treasury organization as part of the One Treasury Operating Model. The role is responsible for leading the lifecycle management and tracking of all Treasury business cases and productivity initiatives that support Treasury's aggressive expense reduction targets — encompassing financial modeling, narrative framing, and stakeholder alignment — while translating complex financial data into compelling, analytically grounded presentations for senior audiences.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage tracking mechanisms for Treasury's productivity, expense management initiatives, and business cases, ensuring alignment across Treasury, Finance Resource Management and FP&A for inclusion in Op Plan and Outlook.
Serve as the Treasury lead for the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process, including the design, development, and delivery of materials that accurately reflect Treasury's expense performance and operating model evolution for review by the Treasurer.
Act as a trusted partner to Treasury's Management Team (EMT-2) in preparing Semi-Annual Business Review (SABR) materials which requires a high-level of confidentiality, analytical capabilities, and executive-level communication skills.
Responsible for providing progress updates to Treasury’s Senior Management team against QBR, SABR, and Productivity commitments at the Treasury Transformation Forum (TTF) and Treasury People Forum (TPF) on a bi-weekly basis.
Qualifications:
- 8-10+ Years of Experience
- Process Re-engineering, Business Transformation, Process Simplification , Re-Engineering
- LEAN methodology advantageous
- Advanced MS Excel and MS Powerpoint required
- Program/Project Management Skills
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to influence and motivate others, delivering positive outcomes in complex projects involving business stakeholders, consumer technology partners, and global and regional collaborators
- Strong strategic thinking and organization skills
- Ability to ruthlessly prioritize and possess a Bold , Curious and Determined approach while being a strong Team Player
- Able to drive a challenger and catalyst focus during all interactions related to business transformation
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business / finance / engineering (or a related discipline)
- MBA or advanced degree in Finance / Economics / Accounting preferred
