What you'll do...
Role summary:As the Sam’s Club Insights and Enablement Manager in Data Ventures Customer Success, you will design and deliver experiences that equip Scintilla Charter Clients to apply Sam’s Club merchandising–related knowledge to real business problems using Sam’s Club’s 1st‑party data. You will translate your hands‑on understanding of Merchandising, Replenishment, Inventory Health, Category Advisership, Membership, Supply Chain, eCommerce, or Supplier Account team into practical guidance that empowers Scintilla users (suppliers and associates) to perform their roles more impactfully, through deeper member insights.

The Walmart Data Ventures Customer Success team empowers users worldwide to maximize value from Walmart Data Ventures products. By combining consulting, change management, thought-leadership frameworks, and learning initiatives, the team collaborates with stakeholders to transform insights into impactful actions. This group focuses on developing and delivering effective learning strategies, managing performance, and driving continuous improvement. The team supports associates through coaching and development, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational excellence. Together, they foster a culture of accountability, adaptability, and innovation to enhance customer success and organizational growth.
What you'll do:
- Create resources to facilitate change management activities that will help ensure a successful launch and ongoing adoption of Scintilla within Sam’s Club.
- Map Sam’s Club business processes and analyses to Scintilla insights to identify use cases and new value unlocks offered by Scintilla.
- Manage a broad portfolio of live webinar content: Build sessions that not only explain Scintilla features, but demonstrate how those features connect to real‑world merchandising practices.
- Facilitate deeper dives into specific merchandising areas: Provide practical guidance that helps associates and suppliers use data more effectively in their roles—whether building an assortment, diagnosing inventory issues, or advising a category.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in learning and development strategy, including instructional design and content development.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships.
- Expertise in performance management and process improvement to enhance training effectiveness.
- Ability to lead change management initiatives and promote continuous learning within teams.
- Demonstrated capability in developing complex training programs aligned with business goals.
- Proficient in managing learning environments and facilitating trainer development.
- Strong analytical skills to measure program outcomes and drive operational improvements.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
