Job Description
Security Guard - Full time - Residential - Concierge Location: Mississauga, ON (near Square One Mall) Position: Full -Time Pay Rate: $18.70 per hour # of Vacancies: 1 Schedule: Overnights- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 9pm to 5am
- Saturday, 9pm to 9am
- Provide professional concierge and security services to residents, visitors, and contractors.
- Conduct regular patrols and maintain a visible security presence.
- Monitor CCTV, access control, alarms, and other security systems.
- Manage property access and respond to security concerns and service calls.
- Enforce site policies and procedures.
- Respond to emergencies and coordinate with management or emergency services when required.
- Complete accurate incident reports, logs, and daily documentation.
- Identify and report safety, maintenance, and security concerns.
- Minimum 1 year of concierge experience, preferably in a residential environment.
- Previous concierge security or residential security experience is an asset.
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.
- Valid First Aid & CPR certification.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and wireless communication skills.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education/work experience.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada for up to 40 hours per week.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, climb stairs, and lift/carry up to 40 lbs.
- Flexibility to work evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts.
