Description
Job Summary:
We need a hard-working roofing laborer to join our commercial maintenance crew. You will use commercial-grade pressure washers and surface cleaners to remove dirt, debris, mold, and old coatings from large commercial roofs. Your work prepares the roof surface for inspections, repairs, or new waterproof coatings.
This project is expected to last one month, with the potential for a full-time opportunity upon successful completion. If converted to a permanent position, the employee would be eligible for the full benefits package outlined below.
This position will require travel to project sites in Claude Texas.
Flynn will provide housing accommodation and a daily peridium

What We Are Seeking
• "Hands on" experience in preferred but not necessary.
• A construction background a MUST!
• Set up and safely run gas-powered or electric pressure washers, hoses, surface cleaners, and recovery systems on commercial rooftops.
• Remove dirt, algae, loose gravel, and debris from single-ply, metal, or built-up commercial roof surfaces.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow strict OSHA guidelines for working at heights, ladders, and wet surfaces.
• Load and unload equipment, connect water sources, manage drainage, and pack up tools at the end of each shift
• Inspect pressure washing gear, check fuel and oil levels, and report any equipment or roof damage to the foreman.
• Must be comfortable climbing ladders and working on high-rise or low-slope commercial roofs.
• Punctual, dependable, and able to follow direct instructions from a crew leader or project manager.
