Role Summary :
To ensure that Health & Safety and Environmental systems and processes are executed and delivered in accordance with the business requirements and to ensure consistently high standards throughout our businesses.
To ensure that Greenray facilities and assets are effectively managed and maintained to ensure continued suitability and safety.
• The holder is expected to provide support to the compliance of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certified management systems, and as necessary, any other management systems to which the company subscribes.
• The role provides an interface between the day to day HSE management systems and all aspects of our businesses.
This role will support and strengthen the execution of our business in particular for the Health, Safety and Environmental compliance.

RISK MANAGEMENT– Manages our Health, Safety & Environment risk assessments across our businesses, and ensures the continued suitability and legal compliance for our risk mitigation activity.
Process
MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS – Significant contributor to the continual improvement of our processes. Able to embrace latest technology to continually enhance our systems.
AUDIT CONTROL – Auditor of Health & Safety, Environmental and Business Integrity systems to monitor compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
DATA MAINTENANCE AND ANALYSIS – applies statistical analysis techniques to measure our performance, identify trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
Delivery
FACILITY MANAGEMENT – Ensures Greenray facilities and assets are managed and maintained to ensure compliance to safety, environmental and business requirements.
INFORMATION SYSTEMS – Ensure the information systems are administered appropriately with regard to security and data access control. This is in line with the company policy regarding GDPR and Cyber Security.
Required Skills
Education (qualifications & training)
- NEBOSH National or International Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent as a minimum.
- Cert/Grad IOSH member.Qualified internal auditor, 3rd party lead assessor qualification for ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 would be an advantage.
- Level 3 Environmental management Qualification (NEBOSH / IEMA or equivalent)
- In depth knowledge of certified management systems and their application.
- Detailed knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
- Sound knowledge of the offshore and maritime sectors, with a comprehensive understanding of relevant industry practices, standards, regulatory requirements, UK offshore and maritime legislation, and applicable international legislation, conventions and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent knowledge of UK health, safety and environmental legislation.
- Remote Operations – Ensures support for global field service operations and business travellers is provided and maintained to ensure compliance to safety, environmental and business requirements.
- Advanced user knowledge of Microsoft Excel to analyse and interpret data.
- Good IT systems knowledge would also be an advantage.
