Responsibilities

1. Business Performance: contributes to the delivery of agreed brand projects KPIs (volume, revenue, profit, SOM). Learns the business and competitive environment.

 

2. Innovation: contributes to the delivery of brand innovation projects (co-operation with commercialization, legal & regulatory teams).

 

3. Communication: supports the communication development (briefing, de-briefing, development of all necessary materials).

 

4. Execution: ensures on-time and effective execution of projects.

 

5. Relationship Management: actively works with BM/SBM/GBM on delivering yearly brand activation calendar. Effectively collaborates with internal stakeholders (sales, trade marketing, accounting, planning, commercialization, operations) and with external stakeholders (ATL/BTL agencies, media shops, PR agencies).

 

 

Qualifications

• Post-graduate degree, ideally with MBA 

• Experience on BTL activities and events (evidence of project management skills)

• Quantitative and qualitative initiate research

• Knowledge of preparation of traditional media plan and understanding of technology based media• P&L understanding

• Good prioritization skills (time management)

• Very good presentation skills

• MS Office and Internet literate

• Excellent knowledge of English language

• Professional, analytical business approach, good interpersonal & creative skills
