Staff Engineer Resource Planning

We are looking for a Staff Engineer - Resource Planning to support resource allocation, capacity planning, and project workforce optimization. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Perform Master data setup such as Product configuration, BOM, Process routing etc. for all products/process under Front End (FE) and Back End (BE) operation in Thailand manufacturing site.  Be responsible for master data setup planning with readiness to support product transfer and ramp up in Thailand manufacturing site.  Drive and manage for system readiness with accuracy and work with all stakeholder from cross-functional teams to ensure project on schedule.  Data analysis with automated tool such as Power Query, Power BI, Tableau, and Statistics with IE tools for productivity improvement in routine report and project tasks. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering or related fields.  Minimum 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing field, Semiconductor industry is preferable.  Minimum 3 years' experience in ERP/MES such CAMSTAR, OpCenter, SAP,etc.  Advance in MS office (Excel, Word, Power point).  Good communicate in English.  Effective interpersonal and communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholder  Self-driven, result oriented and possess strong Critical thinking and problem solving skills   Able to work with cross-functional team and independently with minimal supervision. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
