Physical Therapist – Multiple Georgia Locations
Full-Time or Part-Time | $100,000–$110,000 Annually or Up to $60+ per Hour.
Available Locations: We are hiring multiple Physical Therapists for established outpatient practices in:
- Roswell, Georgia
- Fayetteville, Georgia
- Marietta, Georgia
Multiple openings are available at each location. Full-time and part-time candidates are welcome to apply.
Position Overview:
Join a single-owner, private outpatient practice specializing in the physical recovery of patients with neurological and orthopedic conditions.
We are seeking motivated Physical Therapists who want to provide personalized care in a setting that prioritizes clinical quality over volume. Every patient receives a full hour of one-on-one treatment directly from the Physical Therapist. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who values autonomy, meaningful patient relationships, continuing education, and the ability to help patients achieve lasting functional improvements.
Patient Care Model:
- True one-on-one patient care.
- One patient scheduled per therapist for a full hour.
- Outpatient neurological and orthopedic rehabilitation.
- Individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s diagnosis and goals.
- Privately owned, noncorporate practice environment.
- Opportunities to develop advanced clinical skills and certifications.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients with neurological, orthopedic, and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, neuromuscular reeducation, and other appropriate treatments.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment goals and home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with referring providers and other members of the care team.
- Create a positive and motivational environment for patients throughout their recovery.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Active or eligible Georgia Physical Therapist license.
- Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills.
- Motivated, compassionate, and committed to providing individualized care.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Physical Therapists at all experience levels are welcome to apply.
Compensation:
- Annual salary: $100,000–$110,000.
- Hourly opportunities paying up to $60+ per hour.
- Compensation will be based on experience, schedule, and employment status.
