Salary range (but not limited to):
54,900 - 67,100Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.
About the role
We are looking for a Facility Technician II to join our growing team!
This is an on-site position, five days per week, at our Vancouver office located at 200 Granville St.
What you will accomplish with us:
- Participate and provide support in relocation and accommodation requests.
- Participate in the relocation of personnel, assist in the planning and organization of rooms and spaces in the building according to the requests received.
- Carry out the preventive follow-up of the installations and repairs necessary for the good functioning of the site.
- Performs various administrative and job-related tasks in accordance with current guidelines.
- Make minor changes in the physical layout of workstations.
- Manage the furniture inventory of our warehouse.
- Perform any other related duties as required.
What you will bring:
- College diploma or any combination of equivalent education and experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of commonly used software including Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) and Internet Explorer.
- Experience in supervising the execution of development work.
- Excellent customer service.
- Demonstrate autonomy, initiative and resourcefulness.
- Good organizational skills.
- Good team spirit.
- Can work under pressure and with short delivery times.
- Can work with manual labor.
- No work experience in Canada required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
