JOB POSITION

• Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking for Team Lead II.

• Strong technical expertise in Health Care System.

• Should be able to think and determine various scenarios related to  End to End testing based on the requirements.

• Good documentation skills.

• Should be able to raise risks or issues related to the deliverables in time.

• Good communication skills.

• Communicate/Collaborate with relevant onshore/offshore stakeholders to ensure quality delivery is done as per commitment (including Anthem Vendors).

• Quick learner.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

ORMB Developer will be responsible for the following:

• Should be able to understand technical and functional requirements.

• Strong expertise in Java, Kafka, AWS & ETL.

• Delivery Ownership: Lead end-to-end feature/project delivery ensuring timelines, quality, and compliance

• Technical Leadership: Drive design decisions, conduct code/test reviews, enforce standards and security practices

• Team Management: Mentor team, provide feedback, conduct 1:1s, and support career development

• Agile Execution: Lead sprint planning, estimation, backlog grooming, and track progress/velocity

• Stakeholder Communication: Act as primary POC; provide status updates, manage expectations, and handle escalations

• Quality Assurance: Ensure test coverage, defect management, release readiness, and RCA for issues

• Risk & Dependency Management: Identify risks, manage cross-team dependencies, and implement mitigation plans

• Resource Planning: Handle capacity planning, task allocation, and onboarding/offboarding

• Process Governance: Ensure adherence to SDLC, compliance standards, and continuous improvement practices

• Innovation & Efficiency: Drive adoption of automation, AI tools, and productivity improvements

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain technical docs, metrics, and leadership reports

• Hiring & Strategy (Senior TL): Support recruitment, onboarding, and contribute to roadmap/strategic planning

• Knowledge in health care billing.

• Working experience in healthcare is a plus.

• Exposure in Jira & Jira Align.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s or Master’s is Computer Science/ IT or equivalent

EXPERIENCE

• 10 + years of experience in ORMB Development as well as Team Management.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Minimum of 10 + years of experience in ORMB Development as well as Team Management

• Strong testing expertise in team Management: Mentor team, provide feedback, conduct 1:1s, and support career development

• Effective Organizational, time-Management and decision-making skills Expert analytical skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to oversee defects and result validation.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Detail oriented
