Brand Management Associate

Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) is looking for a passionate and driven Brand Associate to support the development and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen the Toyota brand and enhance customer engagement.

This role provides exposure to brand campaigns, advertising, events, media engagements, and strategic partnerships while working with various internal and external stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities

Brand Communications & Marketing

• Create multichannel brand/product comms strategy.
• Help ensure that communication materials are aligned with Toyota brand standards and guidelines.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of marketing initiatives across various channels.

Events & Media Activities

• Coordinate and support events, product launches, media engagements, and promotional activities.
• Assist in the preparation of event requirements, communications materials, and post-activity evaluations.
• Monitor campaign and media performance and prepare reports and recommendations. 

Project Planning & Coordination

• Help manage project timelines, schedules, and deliverables to ensure timely execution of activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, suppliers, and other business partners.
• Monitor progress of assigned projects and ensure attention to detail throughout implementation.

Budget & Administrative Support

• Assist in preparing, monitoring, and tracking marketing and advertising budgets.
• Monitor and report actual budget utilization.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and optimize resources. 

Brand Partnerships

• Support the development and execution of brand partnership initiatives and promotional programs.
• Coordinate with partners and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of activities and commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  
• Adept at social media management
• Interest or experience in marketing, events, advertising, media, or project coordination is an advantage.
• Possesses a valid driver's license or is willing to learn driving.
