Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Industrial Maintenance Technician Helper to support our maintenance team in a fast-paced industrial environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop hands-on mechanical skills while assisting with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist technicians with maintenance and repair of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Support maintenance and repairs on diesel-powered forklifts and material handling equipment
- Perform routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Assist with equipment troubleshooting and help minimize downtime
- Follow all safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and company policies
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, mechanical systems, and diesel equipment
- Previous experience in maintenance, mechanical work, industrial equipment, or material handling preferred
- Willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on maintenance role
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and reliability
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
