About Our Family

We are a dynamic, close-knit family of four based in Laguna Niguel with one cat and a full, structured daily rhythm. Our household runs on intention — there are systems for everything, and everything has a place. One parent manages the home full-time, including homeschooling one child and coordinating care and shuttles for the other, while the other parent travels frequently for work. We have regular support in place (a weekly cleaning team and a meal prep chef on Monday mornings), but the day-to-day management of the household has grown beyond what one person can realistically handle alone.

Our family keeps a full schedule, but we prioritize staying active and connected. In our downtime, we focus on travel, outdoor adventures like hiking, dining out, and gathering with friends.

This is a home that values calm, order, and efficiency. We are thoughtful about our environment — including what we eat, what products we use, and the kind of energy we invite into our space. The afternoons belong to the kids and their activities, and the evenings are protected, quiet family time. We are looking for someone who understands that the goal is to make this home run seamlessly in the background, without adding to the mental load.

Who You Are & What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is the kind of person who walks into a space, reads the room, and gets to work. Once up and running, they require minimal management and take genuine pride in maintaining order and anticipating needs before they become problems. They bring a calm, grounded presence — upbeat without being loud, engaged without being overwhelming. They understand that working in a private home requires respecting boundaries, adjusting energy to the environment, and treating the family's space and routines with care.

They are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable learning established systems. During onboarding, they ask clarifying questions rather than guessing; once accustomed to the role, they take full ownership and run with it. They receive feedback constructively and integrate it seamlessly. Self-directed and reliable, they take their role as a professional seriously, working independently while knowing when to check in. Discretion, healthy boundaries, and a proactive mindset are non-negotiable.

Above all, you're accountable, receptive to feedback, and genuinely invested in being a trusted member of this family's support system.

  • Systems-Minded & Highly Organized: A natural organizer who thrives on creating structure, maintaining order, and continuously improving daily household routines and workflows to keep a busy home running seamlessly.

  • Excellent communicator who is professional, direct, and responsive
  • Calm, steady, and a resourceful problem solver
