About the Opportunity
JLL's Value and Risk Advisory team is seeking an experienced Senior Valuer / Associate Director to join our Metro Commercial team in Perth. This is a pivotal role where you'll have autonomy completing valuation assignments, mentor emerging talent, and drive growth across our business.
You'll work with a diverse portfolio of major banks - delivering valuation excellence that shapes critical investment decisions across the real estate market.
What You'll Do
Lead High-Impact Valuations
- Take ownership as Principal Valuer on a diverse range of assignments
- Ensure all reports meet IVS, API, and IFRS standards with robust market data and valuation justification
- Deliver accurate, client-focused reports within agreed timeframes
Drive Client Excellence
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, consistently exceeding expectations
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand services and cross-sell JLL capabilities
- Lead sector discussions and position yourself as a trusted advisor
Develop Your Team
- Delegate and review work prepared by junior valuers, providing constructive feedback
- Mentor Assistant Valuers and Valuers, helping them develop technical and professional skills
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to maintain the highest standards
Contribute to Business Growth
- Actively pursue new client opportunities and participate in JLL client events
- Engage with banks to secure and maintain panel appointments
- Collaborate across business lines to deliver integrated solutions
What You Bring
Essential Experience & Qualifications
- CPV Qualified (Certified Practising Valuer)
- Minimum 5 years of property valuation experience
- Strong technical knowledge of the specialist valuation environment
- Proven track record of meeting financial targets and managing client relationships
