The OpportunityAs an Assurance Financial Markets and Real Estate Associate, you will engage in finance consulting, providing valuable insights and support to clients in the financial markets and real estate sectors. Within our Assurance practice, you will contribute to enhancing trust and confidence in financial information, helping clients navigate complex financial landscapes with transparency and integrity. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients, building meaningful connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. In increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.
In this role, you will participate in project tasks, develop basic skills and knowledge, and respond effectively to diverse perspectives and needs. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations. Responsibilities
- Supporting financial reporting and decision-making processes by providing accurate and timely assessments
- Collaborating with teams to uphold transparency, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Engaging in financial statement preparation and analysis to enhance business insights
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- Assisting in the development and implementation of financial strategies to drive business growth
- Applying financial accounting and reporting skills to maintain compliance with accounting standards
- Participating in financial risk management activities to safeguard organizational assets
- Contributing to the preparation of financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Utilizing financial management techniques to optimize resource allocation and performance
- Engaging in teamwork to foster a collaborative and productive work environment
What You Must Have
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Taxation, Finance, Quantitative Finance, Real Estate
- At least a 3.0 overall GPA
- Client service associate positions are entry-level roles and job seekers have completed or are in the process of completing their final academic year of educational requirements

September 26, 2026The salary range for this position is: $53,500 - $104,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
