About the Role
iCapital is seeking a Global Due Diligence and Audit Support Specialist to join the People team. This role partners with HR, Compliance, Legal, and other stakeholders to support client due diligence, proposal responses, audits, and regulatory examinations. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of HR Operations, the position plays a key role in maintaining the People function's compliance posture while helping build trust with prospective and existing clients.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Global Proposals team to prepare, customize, review, and maintain HR-related content for DDQs, RFPs, RFIs, and other client inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather information, develop responses, and provide HR subject matter expertise during client discussions.
- Own and continuously improve HR content libraries, audit response procedures, and documentation processes to support efficient, accurate, and consistent responses.
- Coordinate and manage HR responses to internal and external audits, regulatory examinations, employment-related inquiries, and other compliance matters.
- Collect, validate, organize, and securely maintain confidential documentation for auditors, regulators, employment counsel, and other stakeholders.
- Review and assess communications from regulatory agencies to determine appropriate action, escalation, and follow-up.
- Support HR Operations initiatives, process improvements, and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience is required
- 2-3+ years in Human Resources and a working knowledge of HR data
- 2+ years of experience in auditing or similar work, preferably in financial services or other regulated organizations
- Strong writing, editing, and analytical skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail
- Detail-oriented self-starter and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate thinking in a clear and confident manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with RFP software (i.e. Responsive, Loopio, Qvidian) is a plus
Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $135,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
