Automotive experience is not required. We provide paid training, weekly pay, performance-based compensation, and access to more than 1,000 incoming customer leads each month.

What You'll Do
As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will:
- Greet and assist customers
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries
- Ask questions to understand each customer's needs and budget
- Help customers select the right new or pre-owned vehicle
- Explain vehicle features and technology
- Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Respond to internet and phone leads
- Schedule and confirm customer appointments
- Follow up consistently with prospective customers
- Build relationships with previous customers and generate referrals
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity
- Work with management throughout the vehicle purchasing process
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience before, during, and after the sale
- Continue developing your product knowledge and sales ability
