Lead Full Stack Engineer (Python) | About You
As a Lead Full Stack Engineer (Python), you will help design, develop, and deliver scalable cloud-native applications using Python, Angular, and Microsoft Azure. This role combines hands-on development, technical leadership, architecture, and DevOps responsibilities, requiring a highly skilled engineer who can mentor team members, drive engineering best practices, and deliver secure, high-performance solutions aligned with business objectives.
Lead Full Stack Engineer (Python) | Day-to-Day
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend solutions using Python and modern application frameworks.
- Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, ensuring security, scalability, and high availability.
- Develop modern, responsive web applications using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, and Angular Material.
- Design and build secure RESTful APIs and system integrations to support enterprise applications.
- Optimize SQL Server databases through performance tuning, indexing strategies, and efficient data modeling.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps while supporting automated deployments and release processes.
- Lead code reviews, mentor developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive Agile delivery and architectural best practices.
Lead Full Stack Engineer (Python) | Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development with strong expertise in Python.
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure.
- Strong experience with Angular (v17+ preferred), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks.
- Expertise in SQL Server, database design, query optimization, performance tuning, and REST API development.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and modern DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and technical mentoring skills.
