What you will do

Customer Development Manager, ASDA, Essential Health

This position reports into the Senior Customer Development Manager and is based at our Reading office. The Essential Health portfolio is strategically important and the Grocers represent the largest channel in this category.

 

What will you do 

 

• Reporting into the Senior Customer Development Manager you will have direct P+L ownership for ASDA Essential Health brands. 

• Delivery of specified business targets (sales, spend and profit targets - INS, TCI, NTS, Net GP)

• Full forecasting and spend management for your business area, making accurate forecasts to your supply team and commercial strategy & planning contacts

• Responsible for building positive and collaborative relationships with your key contacts, and representing ASDA requirements and business strategy to the Kenvue business
• Building and leading the total Joint Business Plan to ensure delivery of key metrics for Kenvue & ASDA for long term, sustainable growth

What are we looking for

 

• Strong commercial acumen and excellent numeracy and analytical skills
• Experience in FMCG sphere and prior customer facing roles are crucial
• Ability to identify sales-driving opportunities and drive business effectiveness
• Ability to engage your customers and collaborate with Kenvue experts to identify areas of opportunity and alignment to develop strategies that build joint business value
• Adapt to evolving business conditions and see them as an opportunity to take calculated risks that enhance business outcomes
• Excellent stakeholder management experience
