The Role
Are you a people-first leader who thrives in a fast-paced distribution environment? We're looking for an experienced Distribution Centre Team Leader to lead our Salisbury team, creating a safe, high-performing and inclusive workplace where people can do their best work every day.
Reporting to the DC Leader, you'll play a key role in delivering operational excellence while championing safety, quality, customer service and continuous improvement. You'll inspire and develop your team, build strong stakeholder relationships, and help drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth across our distribution operations.
This role requires flexibility to work across day and afternoon shifts to support operational requirements.
Our Salisbury site in Adelaide’s northern suburbs manufactures a range of more than 78 milk and milk-based products. This site is a combined production and distribution facility producing well-known brands such as Pura, Dairy Farmers, Farmers Union, and Feel Good; and distributes across predominantly SA and NT, but also NSW and VIC.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop team members to deliver strong safety and operational outcomes.
Foster a positive, collaborative culture focused on engagement and accountability.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, food safety and environmental standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and performance.
Build effective relationships with stakeholders and support site reporting and audit
About you
Proven leadership experience in warehousing, logistics or FMCG environments
A collaborative leader who enjoys coaching and developing others
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Passionate about safety, quality and continuous improvement
Adaptable and supportive, helping teams navigate change and achieve shared goals
