Supervisor, Internal Audit and Risk & Insurance

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
You will: 

• Review non-complex physician payments to ensure alignment with contract terms and conditions
• Analyze physician bonus calculations for accuracy and adherence to agreement provisions
• Evaluate physician real estate payments and billing for initial compliance validation
• Interpret legal and contractual documents to support audit activities
• Collaborate with physician arrangements leadership and regional stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
• Support audit reporting, monitoring and compliance tracking initiatives
• Identify and escalate potential compliance risks or violations in accordance with organizational policies
• Contribute to continuous improvement of audit processes and controls
• Provide administrative and analytical support to leadership as needed

 QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, auditing or financial analysis required
• Knowledge of physician arrangement regulations including Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute
• Experience working with U.S. teams or global shared services environments
  Experience supporting U.S.-based operations or shared services environments

 Work Schedule: Night Shift
