What You'll Do
Support engineering projects from concept through implementation
Analyze technical data and develop solutions to engineering challenges
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and product management
Participate in product design, testing, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Contribute to new product development and manufacturing optimization efforts
Present recommendations and project results to engineering leaders and stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
Mechanical Engineering
Manufacturing Engineering
Industrial Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Mechanical Engineering Technology
Aerospace Engineering
Systems Engineering
Electromechanical Engineering
Or a related engineering discipline
Graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027
Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications
Internship, co-op, research, project, or leadership experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience with CAD, testing, manufacturing, data analysis, project management, or continuous improvement tools
