Pay range: $18.42-$23.55 per hour
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of three years’ experience in business related field required
- Associates Degree preferred
- Public sector experience preferred
NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:
- Basic knowledge and application of the principles, practices, and methodology of procurement, accounting, problem solving, and specification writing
- Basic knowledge of municipal government operations, State, Federal and local laws and ordinances, rules and regulations, procedures, contracts, services, products and supply sources
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, other departments and the public
- Ability to organize data in the form of a chart/graph/table and present the data to assist internal departments in making decisions.
