Method of Work: Full-Time; Requires In-Person Attendance at Our Holiday Facility

Summary:

The POS Inventory & Graphic Production Specialist manages Point-of-Sale (POS) materials and related inventory while providing graphic design, printing, mounting, and collation support for the Sign Shop. The position ensures merchandising assets are ordered, received, accurately tracked, produced to brand standards, and distributed on time to support sales initiatives, supplier programs, retail execution, and company promotions. The role works closely with Account Managers and Assistants, Key Account Managers, the Sign Shop, Warehouse, suppliers, and other internal partners.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

POS Administration - 60% (Work allocation may vary temporarily based on seasonal and business needs.)

  •  Manage permanent and temporary POS inventory, including signs, displays, banners, tap handles, coolers, neon, racks, umbrellas, tables, tents, promotional items, and other merchandising equipment.
  •  Receive, inspect, verify, document, and organize incoming supplier POS shipments; maintain accurate inventory counts in inventory and TMS systems.
  •  Perform physical inventories, reconcile discrepancies, track usage, and prepare inventory, expenditure, and supplier-compliance reports.
  •  Coordinate POS requests; pick, stage, and distribute materials for sales routes, promotions, launches, seasonal programs, events, resets, shelf sets, and merchandising projects.
  •  Coordinate deliveries with warehouse and delivery personnel and maintain assignment records for permanent merchandising assets at retail accounts.
  •  Order approved POS through supplier portals and vendors; monitor stock levels, recommend replenishment, and track supplier-provided materials.
  •  Maintain promotional calendars, supplier audit documentation, and an orderly storage area; reduce damage and waste and identify obsolete materials for disposition.
  •  Follow safety requirements and operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment when trained and authorized.

Graphic Art and Print Production - 25%

  •  Design and produce brand-compliant posters, banners, POS displays, signage, cooler wraps, window-perforated graphics, InstaTags, and other print materials using CorelDRAW and applicable design tools.
  •  Translate approved requests or creative briefs into effective layouts that meet company and supplier brand standards.
  •  Prepare production-ready files for small- and large-format printing, vendors, or digital use; select appropriate media and production settings.
  •  Proof designs for spelling, pricing, dimensions, brand accuracy, consistency, and production quality before release.
  •  Manage design requests and deadlines, maintain organized digital assets, communicate project status, and support presentations, promotional setups, and internal communications.

Sign Collation and Finishing - 15%

  •  Mount requested signs on coroplast and complete other approved finishing work accurately and safely.
  •  Collate, sort, label, count, package, and stage daily and chain-specific printed materials for the correct account, route, program, or recipient.
  •  Inspect finished materials for accuracy, consistency, damage, and quality; organize completed jobs for efficient pickup and delivery.
  •  Assist with neon/LED repair, display-building projects, and Sign Shop inventory tasks when trained and assigned.

  •  Occasional travel and extended hours during peak promotional periods, major events, or special projects.

Requirements

Knowledge/Skills and Abilities:

  •  Functional proficiency in CorelDRAW and working knowledge of design, print production, file preparation, layout, and branding.
  •  Strong inventory, recordkeeping, organizational, and deadline-management skills.
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; ability to learn TMS, inventory, and supplier-ordering systems.
  •  Ability to work independently, coordinate across departments, and adapt to changing priorities.
  •  Basic warehouse and material-handling knowledge; beverage distribution or merchandising knowledge preferred. Customer Service Skills:
  •  Responsive, professional service to internal teams, retail customers, and supplier representatives.
  •  Clear communication, urgency, accurate information, and professional issue resolution.
  •  Willingness to collaborate and adjust work based on appropriate feedback.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

  •  High school diploma or GED required; related associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  •  Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
  •  Forklift certification, or ability to obtain, preferred.
  •  Required Sign Shop certifications in BrewU per AB WEA requirements.

Physical Demands:

  •  Regularly lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds and push or pull carts and pallet jacks.
  •  Alternate between extended computer work and standing or walking in office, warehouse, and production areas.
  •  Bend, kneel, crouch, reach, climb ladders, load and unload promotional equipment, and perform detailed visual work.
  •  Occasionally travel to retail accounts or event locations.
