Team Leader – On-site, Cape Town

This role is responsible for leading a team of advisors or specialists to deliver outstanding service while meeting critical quality, compliance, productivity, and customer experience targets. The successful candidate will coach and develop team members, manage day-to-day operational performance, and help ensure all customer and business activities are completed in line with client requirements, internal procedures, and regulatory expectations.

You will play an important role in creating a high-performing team culture, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting a compliant, customer-focused operation.

What you will do in this role

As an Team Leader, you will:

• Lead and coach a team to achieve KPIs, SLAs, quality, and compliance targets
• Monitor performance and deliver structured coaching, feedback, and support
• Ensure adherence to operational procedures, client requirements, and regulatory controls
• Support quality improvement, risk management, and issue resolution
• Conduct regular team meetings, 1:1s, and performance reviews
• Promote employee engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Escalate operational risks, incidents, or control concerns as required

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

• Completion of Matric/Grade 12 (essential)
• Completion of Aspire to Be or Ignite Program (if internal)
• Experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or people management role
• Background in financial services, customer operations, or shared services environments
• Experience working in a highly regulated environment
• Strong coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage performance using data and operational insight
• Strong understanding of quality, compliance, and risk control principles
