To support team SEO we are searching for an Online Marketing Manager SEO (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich or Barcelona office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Technical Excellence: You lead technical SEO audits and manage site architecture to ensure optimal crawling and indexing for our global platform.

• AI Innovation: You identify and implement AI driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and stay ahead of industry trends.

• Global Coordination: You support the SEO strategy for our international storefronts and ensure that technical standards are met across all regions.

• Cross functional Collaboration: You work closely with Product and Engineering departments to prioritize technical SEO enhancements and translate them into actionable requirements.

• Performance Monitoring: You analyze organic search performance using enterprise level tools and provide data driven recommendations for growth.

WHO YOU ARE

• Experience: You have four+ years of experience in SEO with a strong track record in e-commerce or a similar fast paced environment.

• Technical Skills: You have: Strong understanding of HTML and JavaScript SEO. Hands-on experience with crawling, indexing, site architecture, structured data, and international SEO. Experience with technical SEO and monitoring tools, including Screaming Frog, Oncrawl, Google Search Console, Semrush and similar platforms.

• AI Affinity: You have a strong interest in leveraging AI technologies to optimize SEO workflows and improve data analysis.

• Communication: You are a fluent English speaker with the ability to communicate complex technical topics to various stakeholders. Additional language skills in Chinese, Korean or Arabic are considered a significant advantage.

• Analytical Mindset: You enjoy working with large datasets and have a proactive approach to solving technical challenges.

Starting annual gross base salary for Barcelona office: €42.100. Final compensation may vary based on relevant experience, qualifications and objective, gender-neutral criteria applied during the selection process.
