Description
Responsibilities
- Provides security coverage ensuring that adequate protection is provided for the safety and assets of patrons, employees and the company.
- Ensures that proper security is provided for all transfers of monies within the casino and hotel complex.
- Assists guests and employees when injured or ill.
- Stands posts as assigned.
- Dispatches radio communications from Security Podium.
- May have to intercede and investigate incidents of alleged theft, disorderly conduct or other alleged crimes.
- May have to intercede and resolve both verbal and physical altercations.
- Investigate reported incidents and complete detailed incident reports.
- Required to administer CPR and defibrillator.
- Detect and prevent crime and apprehend law violators.
- Enforce regulatory compliance and enforce company rules and regulations.
- Patrol both indoor and outdoor.
- Promotes outstanding customer relations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one (1) year of applicable experience.
- Professional appearance and above average written and oral communication skills.
