How you'll make an impact in this role

• Facilitate holistic patient assessments to identify immediate needs and ensure a personalized, effective care plan is established from the start.
• Deliver precise clinical treatments and medications, vigilantly monitoring for adverse reactions to guarantee patient safety and comfort throughout their stay.
• Perform essential diagnostic lab tests and therapeutic services that provide the clinical team with the critical data needed for timely medical decisions.
• Empower patients and families through education, translating complex treatment plans into clear self-care instructions to ensure a successful recovery after discharge.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.

What additional requirements you'll need

• Must be willing to work Monday-Friday 7am-5pm at the Clinic
• Must be willing to work Monday-Friday 8-6 at the Express Care
• Must be willing to work Saturdays 8-2 between locations
