Registered Nurse (RN) – NOC Shift
Sunnyvale Gardens Post Acute is seeking a dedicated, compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team for the overnight NOC shift. Located in Sunnyvale, CA, our 140-bed premier skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility is committed to providing industry-leading medical care and fostering a supportive, team-oriented work environment.
Position Highlights
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50.00 – $58.00 / hour (depending on experience)
Shift: NOC (Night Shift)
Schedule: 4 days on, 2 days off (rotating schedule)

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, compassionate overnight clinical care to short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents.
Administer medications, treatments, and intravenous therapies safely in accordance with care plans.
Conduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and promptly document changes in resident conditions.
Oversee and collaborate effectively with overnight Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and LVNs to maintain a safe environment.
Act as a reliable point of contact for families, physicians, and emergency services during the night shift.
Qualifications
License: Current, unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Certification: Valid BLS/CPR certification.
Experience: Prior experience in a skilled nursing, post-acute, or long-term care setting is highly preferred, but passionate new grads are welcome to apply.
Skills: Excellent clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for serving the geriatric and rehabilitative population.
