Summary:
As a Data Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive data solutions that support the generation, collection, and processing of data. This role requires creating efficient data pipelines that facilitate smooth data flow and ensure high data quality. The professional is responsible for implementing processes that extract, transform, and load data to enable seamless migration and deployment across various systems. Collaboration with different teams to optimize data handling and support business needs is an integral part of daily activities, ensuring that data infrastructure remains robust and scalable.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Monitor and optimize data workflows to improve performance and reliability.
- Support junior team members by sharing expertise and guiding their development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Ab Initio.
- Experience in designing and managing complex data pipelines and workflows.
- Strong understanding of data integration and ETL processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data processing issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with data quality assurance and validation techniques.
- Knowledge of data migration strategies and deployment best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Ab Initio.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
