Responsibilities:

Merit professional empowerment and sales support: focus on large single development logic, high-end communication skills, cross-field wealth planning capabilities and other contents; Promotion of high-value products and atmosphere creation: excavate regional high-value products (Leveraged life)/large single cases, refine replicable high-end service standardization process construction: construct regional high-end service process system by extracting performance cases and drawing lessons from industry experience; Salon speaker and scheme presentation synergy: independently plan and lecture on all kinds of wealth salons for high-end customers, thematic lectures;

Cooperate with other teams of sales staff/business needs for performance to promote project support

Conditions of employment:

Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, economics, insurance, financial management and other related fields is preferred.

5 years or more working experience in the insurance industry, familiar with the operation mode of individual insurance channels;

At least 3 years of experience in promoting, training and enabling high net worth large single business or team management;

Understand the wealth planning logic of high-net worth customers, and be familiar with high-value products such as lifelong life insurance, annuity and insurance trust;

Have the ability of curriculum development and TTT teaching, and can independently complete training and give lectures in Gaoke salon;

Master the practical skills of large order escort, customer KYC, demand mining and scheme presentation;

Actual combat experience in insurance trust, home run business and Gaoke salon is preferred;
