Position Title:  Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist

Primary Location:  Evolve Life Centers

Reports to: HR Supervisor

Direct Reports: None

Schedule: 8am-4pm (tentative)

FLSA Status: Non-exempt 

Classification: Full-time, W2

Summary of Primary Duties:

 Manages recruitment and onboarding, supports new hire setup and integration, assists with engagement and training initiatives, and provides general HR support to the HR Supervisor. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Recruitment for all companies
  • Coordinate job postings
  • Screen all candidates
  • Schedule interviews and manage communication
• Maintain recruitment tracking systems
• Attend Career Fairs
• Manage and facilitate the onboarding process
  • Ensure Paylocity paperwork is filled out to completion
  • Provide new hire with their badge
  • Set up new hire in benefits portal
  • Upload any other necessary paperwork into employee file such as UA & background check
  • Set up new hire with email and maintain email groups
  • Set employee up with Ring Central and maintain Ring Central
  • Hand out company polos to new hire and keep organized and stocked
• If employee is located in office, coordinate the setup of their office space and provide new hire basket
• Maintain the Company Organizational Chart
• Maintain the Wellhub account
• Assist HR Supervisor with tasks and projects
• Facilitate employee engagement activities to keep employee morale and engagement positive
• Help in facilitating Evolve U calendar and trainings

Requirements

 Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to effectively work in team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• Basic computer literacy and use of computers ie; e-mail and word processing
