Senior Sales & Account Manager - Full time - Edinburgh
**Estimated start date: 11 January 2027**
**This role will be based between our Edinburgh city centre office and out in the field visiting businesses and venues across the region, along with some regular visits to our Glasgow HQ.**

We're looking for a Senior Sales & Account Manager to grow our Edinburgh business. You'll split your time between managing and growing our local Edinburgh accounts, winning new business, with the opportunity to develop into a role leading the day-to-day performance of the Edinburgh team. We work with some of the region's best hospitality and leisure brands, including The Kitchin, Johnnie Walker Princes Street, Dynamic Earth, Restaurant Martin Wishart and The Hoxton.
This is a hands-on senior role for someone with strong field sales experience, a track record of managing or coaching a sales team, and a solid network across Edinburgh. You'll be based in Edinburgh, with regular travel across the wider East Coast patch.
What you'll do
- Manage, build and grow a pipeline of great local business relationships, and develop new opportunities across existing accounts
- Work with senior teams at local and global brands to shape long-term partnerships
- Lead, coach and support the Edinburgh team to hit performance targets
- Set the tone for the team: energy, structure and accountability, day to day
- Combine scheduled meetings with drop-ins to qualified businesses across the region
- Work to targets across a range of metrics, for yourself and the team
What you'll need
- A proven track record in B2B field sales, or strong transferable experience in hospitality or leisure
- Experience managing, coaching or developing people in a sales environment
- Strong relationships and connections across Edinburgh and it’s conurbations
- Confident negotiator, comfortable handling objections and pushing deals forward
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with a professional, tenacious approach
- Understanding of hospitality industry language and considerations, including margins
- Organised, self-motivated and driven by KPIs
Good to know: Based in our Edinburgh office, with regular field travel across the East Coast and occasional visits to our Glasgow HQ. You'll need a driving licence and your own transport.
