The experts at AIS and AManco provide clients with: Corporate Services, Fund Administration Services, Governance Services, Operational AML & Compliance Services, Tax Compliance Services, Depositary Services, as well as Third Party AIFM Services (provided by AManco S.A.).

Intern - Financial Analyst

Your role:

• Support the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting exercises.
• Assist in monitoring actual results against budget and forecast, helping to prepare variance analyses and identify key trends.
• Contribute to the preparation of management reports and dashboards in a timely and accurate manner.
• Support the preparation of board presentations, executive reports, and investor materials.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and performance analyses.
• Help maintain the consistency and reliability of financial data across reporting systems.
• Support compliance with internal policies and financial procedures.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support the cash collection process.
• Assist business teams with financial information requests.
• Support audit preparation and the collection of supporting documentation.

Your profile:

•  Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Previous internship or academic project in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Audit, or a related field is considered an asset.
• Strong interest in financial analysis and corporate finance.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are considered an asset.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or other ERP systems is a plus.
