Join a global HRIS team and play a key role in shaping the future of HR technology across Fisher & Paykel.
We're looking for an experienced HRIS Lead to support and evolve our HR technology ecosystem. Working as part of the broader Haier Global HRIS team, you'll combine deep Workday expertise, business process improvement and stakeholder influence to optimise systems, improve employee experience, deliver scalable solutions and enable continuous improvement and enable key business and people priorities.
This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role where you'll act as the key link between Fisher & Paykel stakeholders and the global HRIS function, ensuring HR technology supports both local business priorities and the global roadmap.
What You'll Be Doing
As the HRIS Lead, you'll help shape the direction of HR technology across Fisher & Paykel by:
Partnering with F&P People & Capability leadership and key stakeholders to understand business strategy and operating requirements, identify how HR technology can enable improved outcomes, and translate agreed needs into recommendations aligned with Group architecture, standards, governance and roadmap
Leading and prioritising the HRIS roadmap, enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
Providing deep Workday expertise across configuration, testing, reporting, security and business processes, with integration experience considered beneficial
Translating business needs into practical, scalable HR technology solutions
Identifying opportunities to simplify processes, automate manual activities and improve employee and manager self-service
Driving visibility and governance across HRIS initiatives, risks and priorities
Partnering with Shared Services to improve system efficiency and support scalable service delivery
Investigating recurring system issues, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions
Supporting annual people processes including remuneration reviews, talent reviews, succession planning and workforce planning
Collaborating with the global Haier HRIS team on projects, upgrades, and other improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who combines strong technical capability with commercial judgement and stakeholder influence.
You'll bring:
Significant experience working in Workday/HRIS-focused roles within a complex, multi-country organisation
Strong Workday HCM expertise, including end-to-end business process configuration, with experience across modules such as Recruitment, Absence Talent & Performance, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Absence
Strong knowledge of Workday security, reporting, testing, releases and production support
Experience with integrations and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
The ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable technology solutions

Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
Experience influencing stakeholders across HR, Payroll, IT and business leadership teams
The confidence to challenge constructively, prioritise effectively and drive outcomes in a complex matrix environment
