The Recruiting Assistant will be responsible for coordinating with job applicants, hiring managers, and recruiters to support timely interview scheduling, while ensuring a positive and professional experience for all stakeholders.
This is a virtual position and the selected candidate must be able to periodically visit the Baltimore, MD site.
What You’ll Get to Do:
- Coordinate interviewer and candidate availability, initiate calendar invites for the interviewers, and send confirmation emails with details to the interview team and candidate(s)
- Coordinate candidate travel as needed, and initiate expense reimbursement
- Solve problems by utilizing training, knowledge, tools, and analytical skills
- Perform job duties while maintaining a high level of speed, accuracy and customer service
- Utilize organizational systems and Microsoft Office suite to maintain accurate and complete documentation
- Participate in special projects, supporting staffing initiatives within the MS sector
- Maintain confidentiality of information
The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple projects, have strong organizational skills, and a detail-oriented process focus. They will have experience in a team environment and providing excellent customer service.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must have a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, or an Associate’s degree plus 2 years of relevant work experience, or a Bachelor’s degree plus 0 years of experience.
- HR, talent acquisition, or relevant administrative/scheduling experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting interview scheduling for Talent Acquisition
- Experience with Workday or Eightfold
- Experience scheduling interviews for a large organization highly preferred
