About the Role
You provide end‑to‑end HR operational support to the GIH Global organization, ensuring people processes are delivered consistently and aligned with global and regional HR strategies. Operating in a fast‑paced, evolving environment, you balance accuracy, responsiveness, and follow‑through while supporting employees, managers, and HR leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Support the annual performance cycle by coordinating timelines, communications, reporting, and manager guidance
- Deliver accurate HR reporting and analytics to support workforce planning and data‑driven decision‑making
- Manage core HR operational processes across onboarding, internal transfers, offboarding, and employee documentation
- Act as a point of contact for employees on HR policies, benefits, attendance, payroll, and grievance procedures
- Support compliance and audit readiness through accurate record‑keeping and documentation
- Partner with HR leadership to deliver engagement initiatives, communications, and employee committee actions
- Coordinate training activities, HR communications, and administrative processes to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations
What You’ll Bring
- 7-9 years of Experience supporting HR operations or administrative processes
- Experience working with HR systems and reporting, with strong attention to data accuracy
- Working knowledge of Middle East labour practices and HR policies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and time‑sensitive requests
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
