Job Role

We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, be proficient in Tally and Excel, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to quickly grasp new concepts. Job Location: Indore | Full Time | Work from Office

Experience: 1+ years 

Preferred Qualification:  B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance)

Salary:₹1.8 – ₹3.6 LPA

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities and maintain books of accounts.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and vendor payment processes.
• Prepare and review GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Perform Bank, Vendor, Customer, and Ledger Reconciliations.
• Prepare Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, MIS Reports, and Financial Statements.
• Handle accounting entries and reporting using Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and internal departments.
• Monitor receivables, payables, and cash flow.
• Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and support management in financial decision-making. 

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com); CA Inter, M.Com or MBA (Finance) preferred.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and financial reporting.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
