Are you passionate about clinical research and enjoy working with people, projects, and innovative approaches to patient care?
As a Regional Specialist, you will play a key role in the delivery of remote clinical trial visits, helping bring research directly to patients. Working closely with investigator sites, healthcare professionals, and internal study teams, you will ensure the successful coordination and execution of remote research activities across multiple studies.
This is a highly collaborative role that combines clinical research knowledge, project coordination, stakeholder management, and operational excellence. You will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams around the globe while contributing to innovative patient-centric research solutions that improve access to clinical trials.
What You'll Do
- Become a trusted partner for investigator sites, clinicians, and study teams throughout the lifecycle of remote research activities.
- Lead site and clinician onboarding, ensuring teams are fully prepared and confident in delivering remote trial visits.
- Coordinate and oversee remote patient visits, ensuring seamless execution and an exceptional experience for sites and patients.
- Deliver study-specific training and ongoing support to research clinicians and site personnel.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational challenges and drive study success.
- Ensure high standards of quality, compliance, and documentation in line with GCP, ICH, and company requirements.
- Manage logistics, supplies, and courier activities to support uninterrupted study delivery.
- Contribute to the growth and continuous improvement of innovative decentralized and remote research solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
- Experience in clinical research, clinical operations, study coordination, project management, or a related healthcare environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for patient-focused clinical research and innovative care delivery models.
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical trial processes is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other digital collaboration tools.
